Why don’t you use the Sachsenring racing circuit or parts thereof for your special event? With its unmistakable topography and versatility our modern facility is the ideal venue for extraordinary and unforgettable events, organised for groups from 10 to several hundred participants.
Based on your wishes and objectives as well as on our Event Modules we will be pleased to develop your individual event concept. And our service is not limited to just providing you with the 'hardware' – in addition to tracks and buildings we can also offer you our experience and know-how, both for the planning phase and the event itself. Whether you want to involve our instructors in your event or use our technical equipment – we will be right there when you need us.

Locations

Depending on the subject of your event you are free to choose the place where you may want to set up the central meeting point for your guests – for interesting discussions or just for a friendly come-together:

• Our Presentation Hall has not only a stage equipped with light-show and multimedia facilities but also in-house catering.
• If you prefer a more sportive flair, you can use the individual pits at the start and finish tower.
• For a small and exclusive group the VIP lounge in the new Sachsenring Race Tower will be an attractive alternative.

If you want, we can also produce a video as a personal gift for your guests, which will show the most interesting scenes or the most fascinating and emotional moments of your event.
In this way the pleasant atmosphere and positive emotions experienced during the event will become inseparably linked with the good name of your enterprise.

Food & Drink

When it comes to food and drink, we wholeheartedly rely on the experience and quality offered by our long-standing partner, Frank Beierlein, and his team.
There is plenty for you to choose from: Whether it is a second breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake in the afternoon, a grill-buffet or a stylish dinner at a big gala event – Frank Beierlein and his team are THE catering specialists at the Sachsenring.
